Wólka ((ドイツ語:Ottenburg)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kolno, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately south-east of Kolno and north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, and from 1772-1945 it was part of Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 40.
